Data & account access
Privacy policy
Effective 2 November 2026
This policy describes the owner-operated MigoSub Google Workspace connector used with a local OpenClaw planner. It covers the connector and these public information pages; it does not claim to describe unrelated services or independently configured integrations.
1. Data accessed and purposes
- Google identity: account email address and account identifier, to select the account and keep authorizations separate.
- Gmail: message metadata, headers, message bodies, and attachments when needed to review email, resolve a task, or check relevant thread history.
- Drive: file metadata and file content needed for the owner's requested work.
- Sheets: spreadsheet data needed to read and maintain the owner's task register, including status, notes, sources, and follow-up records.
The connector uses Google APIs through the owner's installed client. Google displays the actual requested permissions before consent. The planner's current connection uses Gmail read-only, Drive read-only, and Google Sheets access. Sheets authorization may permit operations beyond the designated register; the workflow is limited to the owner's authorized tasks.
2. Processing, storage, and service providers
Authorized data may be processed by the local OpenClaw runtime, stored in its private task indexes, workflow records, or session history, and written to the owner's designated Google spreadsheet. Relevant content may be sent to the model or other service providers configured by the owner when required to perform the authorized workflow. Those providers also process data under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
For this local planner setup, Google authorization tokens are stored in an encrypted credential store; its decryption key is supplied through the owner's secret manager. Tokens are not included in these public pages. Google data is not published to this site.
3. Limits on use and disclosure
Google user data is used to provide and improve the user-facing connector workflow. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Transfers are limited to those needed to provide the requested features, to comply with applicable law, or to protect security, consistent with Google's policies. Data is not disclosed to another user merely because both accounts use the same OAuth client.
The connector's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. Retention, deletion, and revocation
Local workflow records and Google spreadsheet entries remain until the owner deletes them or applies a configured retention policy. We do not promise a single automatic deletion period for every record. The owner can remove local connector credentials, delete local workflow records, and manage spreadsheet data through the corresponding tools. Backups and service-provider records follow their respective retention settings.
You can revoke the connection at any time through Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized access; it does not automatically delete previously saved task records or copies. For deletion questions or assistance, contact tvledstrip@gmail.com.
5. This information website
These pages have no sign-in form, advertising, third-party analytics script, or email-content upload form. Cloudflare hosts and delivers them and may process standard request information, such as IP addresses, request times, and security signals, under its privacy policy.
6. Contact and updates
The connector is operated for the owner's authorized accounts. Contact: tvledstrip@gmail.com. Changes to this policy are posted here with an updated effective date.
