Connector terms

These terms describe the MigoSub Google Workspace connector used by an owner-operated OpenClaw planner. This is a private integration for accounts whose owners have authorized access, not a public offer of a hosted email or task-management service.

1. Authorized use

Use the connector only with Google accounts and data you are authorized to access. Google permission grants establish API access; the owner must separately authorize the workflow actions performed with that access. The connector does not obtain authority to send customer messages, change orders, make purchases, or issue refunds solely from Google consent.

2. Scope and availability

The connector helps review email, read relevant files, and maintain an authorized task spreadsheet. Specific capabilities depend on the granted Google scopes, local configuration, account restrictions, and service availability. Google can expire, revoke, or restrict access. A Google publishing status of In production does not imply Google endorsement or guarantee permanent access.

3. Review of automated output

Automated interpretations and task updates can be incomplete or mistaken. Review important results against the original message, file, or spreadsheet and the owner's instructions before relying on them for business decisions or external action. Keep the existing approval and verification steps appropriate to each workflow.

4. Data and account control

The privacy policy explains the connector's data access, processing, storage, and deletion controls. You can stop using the connector and revoke access through Google Account connections. Removing access does not itself remove data previously stored by the workflow.

5. Third-party services

Google, Cloudflare, and any configured model or other service providers are separate services subject to their own applicable terms. This connector is not an official Google product. No subscription, purchase, or payment is created by visiting these pages or by granting this connector Google access.
